Historic property to fall in love with

R06692PIAG - This dreamlike villa is a historic residence with special charm, nestled in a quiet and exclusive hilly landscape just a few minutes from Pistoia. It was built in the early 19th century by Ing. Parri, the designer of the first railway line in central Italy. On the occasion of the inauguration of this railway line, even the Grand Duke of Tuscany, Leopoldo II, and the Crown Prince of Italy stayed at the villa, which makes its historical significance palpable to this day.
After careful restoration in the 1980s and extensive modernization in 2011/2012, the villa now combines the charm of bygone times with modern comforts. Elegant deluxe rooms, suites, and apartments offer a relaxing atmosphere that blends harmoniously with the extensive park grounds. Surrounded by flowers, cypress trees, fruit trees, herbs, and impressive old magnolias, the estate invites guests to linger with its panoramic infinity pool, cozy pool bar, outdoor wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, and small fitness room.
